The Regional Government of Castilla la Mancha ran the Regional Energy Agency with the main aim of promoting and stimulating energy efficiency and the renewable energies at the region, as well as protecting the environment and optimizing energetic resources at different local consumers’ groups.

Wealth and development in the region must directly be related to the environmental quality and sustainable development.

Rising on energetic efficiency, other usage of the bio-waste and the utilization of the renewable energies may contribute to design a balanced frame between wealth and sustainable development.

With societies respecting these behavioral guidelines will lead to a better environmental quality. Thus, competitiveness will be improved and prepare to minimize the scarcity of resources.
